Family Law | Video Transcript
PAUL OVERSON: We have handled a wide variety of family law cases, from very simple divorces to very complex ones.
STEVEN COODIN: When I find out children are involved in a divorce case that to me is the most important part of a divorce. It's also the most important thing to the judge. A judge may not necessarily care if people are fighting over who gets the, the family vehicle. The judge is going to care about the children.
And we try to remind people of that. Sometimes they forget when they get all fired up over disputes over personal property or money, but the children are obviously the most important thing to us and usually the parents feel the same way as well.
